Answering machine
Your in-room telephone is equipped with a mailbox. When you receive any messages, you will see a red light. In order to listen to the message, please pick up the phone and dial “86”. To repeat the messages dial “1” and to delete the messages dial “2”.
Apartment rent
If you plan on staying in Berlin for a minimum of 7 nights it is possible to rent an apartment at our hotel. Please inquire at our reception and we will create a personal offer for you.
Baby bed
Depending on availability, you can request a baby bed free of charge.
Babysitter
If you are in need of a babysitter we can have this arranged for you with an additional charge.
Bakery service
Would you prefer to have breakfast in your room? We can arrange to deliver fresh goods directly to your room at your preferred time. Please fill out the order sheet at our front desk at least a day before.
Bathrobe / slipper
Bathrobes and slippers are available at our reception.
Bed linen change
You may request to have your bed linens changed on a daily basis. Please inquiry at our reception for more information. Please note that this service has additional charges.
Berlin city tax
Since January 1, 2014 the city of Berlin charges an accommodation tax pursuant to overnight private stays in Berlin in return for payment in an enterprise providing accommodation.
Bicycles
You can rent bicycles at our reception and is subject to availability.
Blanket / duvet
Up on request we can have an additional blanket placed in your room. Please inquiry with our reception.
Breakfast
Our breakfast buffet is located on the 1st floor. The breakfast is Mondays to Fridays starting at 06:30 am until 10:00 am. On weekends and public holidays the breakfast buffet is from 07:00 am until 11:30 am.
Breakfast room service
You booked an apartment and prefer to have your breakfast in your room? Kindly fill out the ordering form at our reception to have this service arranged. Please return the sheet before 10:00 pm the day before you want to have your breakfast in your room. This service is available during our regular breakfast times and comes at an additional service fee of 5,00€ per order.
Car rental
If you want to rent a car, please ask our reception staff for assistance.
Check-out
Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Upon request and availability we can offer a late check-out. Please note that there are additional charges that vary depending on the time of check out.
Dog
We welcome dogs.
Extra bed
If you are expecting visitors and you would like them to stay in your room please inform our reception. An extra bed can be arranged or your room can be upgraded to an apartment (subject to availability). Please inquire about the prices at our reception.
Fax and copy service
You can send and receive faxes via our reception. Our fax number is +49 30 24 600 300. We can also make copies for you. Please note that these services come at an additional charge.
Fitness facilities
The fitness area is located in our basement and be accessed with your room card. Our staff at the reception can assist you in regards to how to use the machines.
Garage
A parking garage is available about 150m away from the hotel and is subject to availability. To get more information please ask our reception.
Guest pass and room key card
For your own safety, please do not leave the guest pass and room key card in the public areas of the hotel. Please have your guest pass with you at all times.
Hotel bar “Fischerinsel”
The bar is located in the lobby area. The bar is open from 06:00 pm until 01:00 am. On Sundays the bar is closed.
Internet / Wifi
You can use wireless LAN in the hotel. You will find your individual ID on your guest pass. If you don’t have your own laptop with you, you can use the computer with printer in the lobby of the hotel. If you have further questions please do not hesitate to contact the reception.
Iron / Ironing board
Washing soap needs to be purchased at our reception for 2€. The laundry room is located in our basement, simply follow the directions. Due to fire prevention ironing in your room in not permitted.
Ironing service
On availability we iron your clothes for you. Please ask at our receptionist. Please note that we charge a fee for this service.
IT-Support
Please ask for assistance at our reception if you have any trouble using the WI-FI.
Laptop rental
You can rent a laptop on availability at the reception for an additionall fee.
Laundry service
Please put your laundry into the laundry bag which you will find in your closet and complete the order-form (quantity of each position and treatment). If you deposit your laundry before 8.30 am at the reception your laundry will be returned the same day in the afternoon. This service is available from Monday until Friday. You will find the list with all prices in your closet and at the reception.
If you prefer to wash clothes yourself, you will find our wash- and ironing studio in the basement opened 24 hours for you. Washing soap can be purchased at our reception for 2€.

If you have lost or found some belongings in the hotel, please contact the reception.

Minibar
We offer two bottles of water and two bottles of beers for free of charge per day during your stay. In case of an apartment booking these drinks are free on arrival day only.

You will identify the pharmacies with the big „A“-sign, which stands for the German word „Apotheke“ = pharmacy.
Pillows
We offer different kinds of pillows as follows: down-filled headrest cushion, cuddle pillow, bolster, neck back pillow. Please order your pillow under “100” (subject to availability).
Playground
The nearest playground is located on the right side across the street, when you leave the hotel.
Public transport connection
The hotel is located at the underground line U2 “Märkisches Museum”. It takes you without transfers to Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße, Potsdamer Platz, Wittenbergplatz/KaDeWe, Zoo/Kurfürstendamm, Theodor-Heuss-Platz (Berlin Fairground) and to the Olympic Stadion. The Berlin Main Trainstation / Hauptbahnhof you can reach easily without transfers in about 20 minutes by Bus 147. Next bus station is only 200m away from the hotel.

Restaurants
Restaurant “Cana” is located at the ground floor and is open daily from 11:30 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. Phone number for room service is 809.
The Indian restaurant “Shezan” is located in the hotel Henriette across the street. Opening hours are from 12:00 am until 12:00 pm. Phone number for room service is 950.

Safe deposit box
In your wardrobe you will find your personal safe deposit box. Please use it carefully, because the box will be locked if you use the wrong code. In case of problems with your box, please contact the reception. We also have safe boxes at the reception.
Sanitary products
You have the choice of an assortment of sanitary products at the front desk. This service is free of charge. Sanity products of a certain brand can be purchased.
Sauna
In the basement of the hotel you will find a sauna and a steam bath. The area is open from 4.00 pm until 10.00 pm. There are changing rooms and lockers in the cubicles to store your clothes. We provide towels in the sauna directly and bathrobes are available at our reception.
Sew service
We offer a sew-service at the reception. If you need a tailoring we can recommend one at the reception.
Shoe cleaning
To give your shoes a shine you can use the shoe cleaning machine on every floor, close to the lifts.
Shopping service
We shop for you. You can get an order list at reception. Please note that we charge a service fee.
Smoking
Please, take note that it is not allowed to smoke in all public areas of the hotel. We have smoking rooms which are subject to availability.
Stamps
We sell stamps at the reception and you can drop your postcards or letters that you want to send out.
Sunshades
The windows in your room are equipped with automatic sun shades. At direct sunlight, the shades will automatically go down. They will go up again when it becomes cloudy. At 7 o’clock pm the shades will go up automatically. This occurs also in the case of rain and heavy winds.
Taxi
You can order a taxi at the reception at all times. Please keep in mind that the ordering time is longer when there are fairs or exhibitions.
Telephone
To make a call out of the hotel, dial “0” and then the phone number. To make a call within the hotel dial only the number you want to call (the room number). Please check prices for outside calls in advance in the telephone guide.
Ticket service for concerts or theatre
With pleasure we will help you reserve tickets for various events in Berlin.
Trousers-press
Your room is equipped with an automatic trousers-press. You can either choose the 15 or 20 minutes program and press “Start”.
Umbrellas
You can borrow an umbrella at the reception depending on availability.
Vending machine
We offer a 24 hours beverage service. You will find the vending machine in the entrance area opposite of the elevators.
Wake up service
We offer personal wake up calls from the reception staff: please call “100” and the front desk staff will gladly take your orders.
Washing machine / dryer
You will find these machines in our wash- and ironing studio in the basement and washing powder for 2 € at the reception..

For an additional charge we can do office work for you. Please ask our colleagues at the reception.
