We are happy to provide you an iron and ironing board. Please call the reception.
Laundry:
Plese feel free to use our laundry and dry cleaning service. Please fill out the
laundry list and put them together with your laundry in the provided laundry
bag in the closet. If you drop off your laundry by 9.00 a.m. at the front desk, you will get it back on the same day by 7.00 p.m. Please note that on Sunday, no laundry or dry cleaning service is available.
Luggage service:
We are happy to assist you with your luggage. Please call us before departure
and we will pick up your suitcases.
Luggage storage:
Feel free to drop off your luggage in our luggage hold until your final departure.

At the reception we provide maps and related information. We will be happy to make recommendations.

Our team offers various cosmetic treatments or massages for your relaxation. Please contact us for questions or wishes.

Our car service is at your disposal, we park your car in our garage. For the parking
space we charge € 20,00 per day.

Very close to the hotel you find the subway/tram station „Heinrich-Heine-Allee“, which transports you to the main station and to the trade fair/congress centre (entrance north).

Room card:
Your room card is programmed for the duration of your stay. It expires on the day of departure at 11.00 a.m. If your room card does not work, please let us know.
Safe:
Please store your valuables for security reasons in your room safe.

Our sauna is located on the ground floor next to the Panoramic elevator. Access is given through your room card. Monday – Sunday 6.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m.
Smoking:
Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking rooms. We invite you to use our smoking lounge next to the bar. Please be informed that we have to charge € 250,00 in case of smoking in our non-smoking areas.
Theatre/Cinema:
We will gladly reserve theater and cinema tickets.
Umbrellas:
Umbrellas can be borrowed at reception.
Wake-up Call:
If you you would like a wake up call, please inform our front desk team. Wake
up calls will be carried out with the utmost delicacy. Claims for damages of any
kind are excluded in this context.
