Spacious Apartments
The apartments in our modern and centrally located house are furnished in a comfortable and homely way and provide fully equipped kitchen. They offer the ideal location for a short or extended stay and are equipped with a fully furnished kitchen or kitchenette and give you the possibility to cook for yourself during your stay. The sizes vary from 43 m² to 85 m².

Choose between sizes from 43m² up to 85 m² with a maximum of three separated rooms. The apartments are furnished with a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, which gives you the opportunity to prepare your meals on your own. Every apartment can be booked in various categories with different facilities.

Within walking distance you can reach nearly every cultural point of interest like the Museumsquartier, the parliament, the Heldenplatz, the Hofburg, the Michaelertor as well as the Musikverein which hosts the famous New Year’s concert every year. You can also easily reach important companies, chanceries and government agencies which are residing in the city centre.
