For our early bird offer - Holiday Special - Derag Hotel and Living is offering on specific dates only a certain number of rooms at an special rate of 55 euro per double room and 45 euro per single room. This offer is limited to national valid, legal holidays in Germany and Austria. The
number of rooms offered at this rate is limited.
These rooms may only be booked 30 calender dates prior to arrival. Rooms must be reserved and paid for in advance and are subject to availability.
The room
rate of 55/45 euro is exclusive breakfast (optional for an additional charge of 14 euro per person/night).
Resale (e.g. via ebay) is not permitted. This special rate excludes the implementation of any further reductions
(company rates, packages, etc.). Derag Hotel and Living employees are not entitled to take advantage of this special offer.
The room will be available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and guests
are requested to vacate the room before 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Reservation / Booking
The special rate of 55 Euro per double room an 45 Euro per single room is exclusive of breakfast. Breakfast charged at the rate of 14 Euro per person/night can be booked optional.
On arrival guests will be asked to present a printed copy of their reservation confirmation stating their name together with their identity card or driving licence.
All rates are in Euro and include the applicable rate of value added tax.
Payment
By credit card only.
Cancellation/Changes and Refunds
All reservations at the "Holiday Special" rate including any extra nights booked are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or changed. No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out.
The entire reservation including any extra nights booked is held until 6 p.m. local hotel time. In case of arrival after 6 p.m. please inform the hotel immediately.
